Dr Victoria Hurth

Independent pracademic for a world where organisations flourish by serving long-term wellbeing for all (sustainability).

I help leaders cut through the chaos of how to build a sustainable world and build the legacy they want to.  My work positions leaders and their organisations to create a clear, transformational vision that is aligned with collective durable wellbeing and bring it into operational reality.

My journey here has been long and deliberate. It started as curious child observing decisions that just made no real sense if we want a good life.  I have dedicated the last three decades to working between theory and practice to help build global consensus on where we have gone wrong and what, specifically, needs to change.

The whole system is interconnected and some change is more powerful than others. I focus on ensuring effort is focused where it can have most effect. My experience and reserach has led me to the core pillars of purpose, governance, marketing, leadership and culture – as the basis of the change needed in decision-making.

We are not in a mess by chance, but design.

Without clear, shared conscious purpose that is aligned with a future we want we act randomly and in ways that harm us.

But purpose without governance remains a nice idea. To unleash the best of human innovation and purpose-driven spirit requires, a united effort to shift in how we govern our decisions – at the economy, organisational and individual levels.
